| This is a gift, I don't have any feedback, other than it was delivered quickly, and looks exactly what I had thought it would. |
My daughter enjoys it.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my 9 yr old daughter, and she seems to really enjoy it. The 'lightup' feature is kind of slick (although just a gimmick), and it seems to be able to transfer music CDs from the computer to the player no problem. We also purchased a Hannah album (on SD card) and it plays no problem.
A few things to point out however - 1) the earphones that come with it are very mediocre in quality, so I recommend you buy a separate (better) pair, unless your child's so young they can't tell the difference, or they tend to lose/break things easily. 2) the player froze suddenly and wouldn't do anything, despite the "on" light being on. There is a tiny hole on the side of the player, that evidently is a reset button - when we inserted a pin inside the hole the player started working normal again. However, there's no mention of this in the instruction manual....it's just a hunch we relied on, and it worked. If it wouldn't have, we would have returned it for an exchange. 3) The Disney Mix software that comes with it isn't really necessary to transfer files onto the player. You can use Windows to do that. Also the software seems a bit buggy (besides trying to lure you to purchase more stuff from Disney). |
It will not play after disconnecting correctly from the computer

| I bought this player for my little nice who loves Hannah Montana, despite of the comments from other customers. It works fine and is real easy to copy music into it, just by attaching the USB cable. The problem started that after trying to disconnect it correctly from the computer using the Safely Remove Hardware button and it will not play the music. I had to detach it without using that option so the music could be played. Maybe music quality is not as good as other MP3 player but on the cost and to be used by a little girl this feature is fine. |

I purchased thru amazon and I went to my country for gift to my 8 yr old daughter. I am happy to give to her,But to my suprised my daughter realize that she cannot hear any voice or song. So I checked it and everything is powered up and hooked up properly.
I was dissapointed and as soon Im going back to USA, I will file a complaint. Dont buy this crap. |
